The FGDP(UK)'s second edition of CERK informs the clinician on the practical and legal aspects of record-keeping, whilst complying with clinical governance.
New content includes information on the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Acts, with five scenarios to illustrate how the principles espoused in CERK work practically.
It has been updated in line with latest guidance from the General Dental Council, the British Dental Association, the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the FGDP(UK).
