Colgate-Palmolive is proud to announce the evolution of the Colgate Award for Research Excellence (CARE) which has granted 34 research awards since its inception 9 years ago. The CARE program provides funding support (up to $30,000.00 USD) to early in career scientists at academic institutions across the USA, Canada, and is now extending applications to investigators working in academic institutions in EU and the UK. This program is conducted in collaboration with the University of Manchester and the University of Pennsylvania.
In order to be eligible to apply for the CARE grant, the applicant must:
Hold a primary, faculty appointment at an accredited dental school within the UK, EU, US, or Canada.
Be within the first five (0 to 5) years of their initial academic career.
Have a senior investigator (mentor) from their Institution supporting the application.
If required, provide documentation of additional sources of financial support.
The CARE Program application period ends May 15, 2026. Ensure your submission is complete by the deadline.
